About these terms

These terms apply when you use Blanket Crochet or buy from it. The shop is run by Blanket Crochet. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell digital crochet patterns, delivered as downloadable files. We don't sell or ship physical goods, and no yarn, tools or finished items are included.

Orders and prices

The price and currency of your order, and any taxes that apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is complete once your payment has gone through and you receive your confirmation.

Prices may be shown in more than one currency. The currency you pick is the one you are charged in.

Payment

Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Your files are available to download as soon as payment is confirmed, and we also email you a receipt. Please keep your own copy of anything you download. If you can't access your files, contact us and we will help.

All sales are final

Because patterns are digital downloads that you can use straight away, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges once an order is complete.

Please read each pattern's description before you buy. If a file is faulty or you didn't receive what you paid for, contact us and we will fix it.

This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Licence and copyright

When you buy a pattern you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it to make items for yourself and as gifts. The patterns, text, photos and designs remain our property.

• Don't share, resell, give away or upload the pattern files, in whole or in part.
• Don't copy or rewrite the pattern and present it as your own.
• Don't use our photos without our written permission.

Using the patterns

Crochet results depend on your yarn, hook and tension, so a finished piece can differ from the photos. We can't guarantee that your result will look identical.

Our responsibility

We take care to make our patterns accurate, but they are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or patterns, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, access other people's data, or collect content from it by automated means.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
